I've been watching that one too! Only about $5 million from its all-time high. After some more digging I wanted to correct this: The largest NJ Pick 6 was $48.9 million in 2001. The problem is that I only have jackpot info for that game going back to 2002. If someone is aware of a source that goes back further I'd love to see it.
