Tennessee Lottery officials have selected three scratch-off ticket players for the October 22nd drawing for a $1 million grand prize.The finalists were selected from more than 225,000 entries submitted by players of Tennessee Millionaire and Volunteer Millionaire instant win games. Tennessee lottery president Rebecca Paul was inducted into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame Tuesday. Bill would reward Tenn. retailers for cashing lottery tickets
Tennessee lottery retailers would also reap the benefit of a winning ticket under legislation that's moving through the General Assembly in its final days.
