Fake lottery ticket costs New Mexico man $25,000
A Las Cruces, New Mexico, man was conned out of $25,000 by two men who claimed to have a winning lottery ticket. The men were selling the winning ticket because they were unable to claim the cash prize as a result of not being in the United States legally.
