before i go any further, i'd like to say that what i'm trying to get across is kinda had to put into words.
i'm starting to wonder if the MA lottery opted for this game because they did not want a jackpot winner. think about it. players are smarter than people think. perhaps MA thought that the fact that the jackpot would not be hit, and would roll down at $2 million, and that players would play more for the rolldown than for hitting the jackpot. the way it's going, it seems as if it was designed so there would never be a jackpot winner. if you look at the specs of it: $2 price, $2 million max, jackpot, $500,000 starting jackpot. rolldown feature that can make small prizes bigger (yet still tax-free for some).
I've redone my website. Go to www.dr-ew.com. I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff. Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
