I have a pretty vivid imagination. So it's was only natural to give my made-up state, New Kidcon, a lottery. Here's the line-up.

  • Daily Numbers
  • Cash 90 (Cash 4 Life/Cash Quest style game)
  • Fantasy 5 (5/49, min. jackpot $200,000)
  • Lotto (6/42 + bonus, min. jackpot $1,000,000)
  • Triple 6 (6/66, min. jackpot $6,000,000)
  • Powerball

I'll have more info later.

you have a few good ideas (especially the 6/66 one). you should try to pitch those ideas to states.   the only thing is that annuities have longer periods now. states are moving to 30-year annuities because they can get more money out of the same amount of cash, or less cash required for a certain annuity amount.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

and dude. every lottery needs a minimum age to play. you don't want little kids developing compulsive gambling habits at early ages.

Well, the players said they wanted shorter annuity periods, that's what they got. And as far as the age thing, let's just say NK is liberal, Very, Very liberal. Like Norway this place. So let's just forget about 'dat. I dont want this thread to be an argument about the best min. age.

Your Cash 90 better not have a "lifetime" prize.

It does'nt. It's top prize is $500,000 cash, hence the name CASH 90.

I guess you remember Lotzee (its $500,000 prize had to be split if multiple winners).

Cash 90 is the New Kidcon Lottery's on-line game that guarantees more bang for a buck. Cash 90 has given over 100 million dollars in cash prizes since 1999. And it's played everyday right after the Late Night Daily Numbers drawing. So get in the game, and make 90 your lucky number.

                      How To Play:

Each Cash 90 play cost $1. You may play up to five games on one play slip. Pick 4 numbers out of 90. Those will be the numbers for the $500,000 prize. For each play you will also recieve 14 additional quick pick plays. 2 of which will win you $50,000 if all 4 are matched, $25,000 for 4 other rows, and $10,000 for the bottom 8 plays. Also, if you match 2 or 3 numbers in any play, you win $1 and $10, respectively.

Prizes under $600 maybe paid at any lottery retailer or office.

Prizes between $600 and $5000 can be paid at any lottery office.

Prizes over $5000 require a claim form and must be claimed at either the Mickelville or Jamison lottery offices.

                      When Cash 90 is drawn: 10:59 P.M.

you're forgetting a few other things. will there be mid-day drawings? will there be instant games? will there be pull-tabs? how about keno? also, what are the draw dates and times? it looks as if you only mentioned one.
