Lottoscorp-"I am surrouned by people who call themselves Chess Masters and have claimed to have defeated their Computer Chess Games"

They probably claim to be chess masters since they are rated over 2200. As for defeating their computer chess games, try to simplify the position to win. Told to me by a chess master rated over 2300.

Does a lottery expert necessarily need to be a winner? Can an expert be someone who knows the topic inside and out, but who hasn't found the right mix yet to get those elusive wins?

You said it exactly right in your statement by using the word "yet". I would tend to believe that it's the combination of intense interest and motivation to participate that is generated prior to an individual's jackpot win that tends to produce more lottery experts rather than the post jackpot win time frame.

... the lottery never fails to surprise!

(1). Why you are not winning more often or atleast everyday on the Pick3 and Pick4. That means I  want to know what you are not doing and what you are doing to make those wins possible.

I don't play 3 & 4 digit games. I did try to play on paper and did manage to beat the past history of the PA pick3 with 8 different "1-1-1" type formulas but that was over several decades and hindsight is always 20/20. THere were gaps between wins of up to 2 years and no indicators that I could see of WHEN the hits would come.

(2). I want to know where you are placing your arguments in regards to your projects and how intense you are at following up and testing your arguments.

I backtest every theory I come up with (and a few that others have come up with) and with the exception of the quirky pick3 results stated above, no winners found with any consistency yet.

(3). I want to know if you're at the creative level of your work or are you expanding on someone elses?

When I backtest theories, most are mine, I may try some system posted here just to see, but the real work I get involved with is on my own concepts... no big wins yet. I continuously try to fine tune systems until I feel they are as optimized as I can make them, right now this includes weighting and observed error-correction

(4). I want to know why you think winning the Daily Numbers Pick3 & Pick4 in your State, is pure luck? Because now, you have the opportunity to find out that for a long time, you have been the Lottery Experts right here on this forum!

In PA, "luck" has been tampered with once back in the infamous 6-6-6 drawing. The thing about most pick3/4 systems is that the indicators are not explicitly declared. THis is especially true of the oft read phrase "you have to know WHEN to play" that NEVER gets clearly explained. A winning system would produce clearly indicated and consistent results... ideally with as few numbers to play as possible. I have yet to see one or to create one. You can never cancel the LUCK factor rom the winning equation, and if I am to be "lucky" I would rather it be with the Powerball than the pick 3/4 :-)

(5). What did the Lottery do that you did not do in regards to the drawing? Define it.

      A) They control which machine and ball set to use and IF they release that info, they do so AFTER the draw.

      B) They run test draws (pre and post), all we have to work with is the official results (or in the case of PB, test draw data that is noisy and a draw or 2 behind)
