IL. is adding another Lotto drawing starting in April. It will be on Monday's. So now drawings will be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday's. I believe the prize structure will remain the same. Your thoughts?

I knew it would be just a matter of time. The state really needs the money for all those porkbarrel projects that never seem to end....like our road reconstruction.

Maybe the city of chicago should start their own game to cover the waste and fraud that runs rampent here at home. Or are lotteries only "state sanctioned"? Can a city run and operate their own lottery?  Your thoughts, please.

        Nebraska has city-run keno.

BTW, I hope NY Lotto does not go to three drawings a week.

It seems that all of the good hits come from tickets that were sold at liquor stores.............

is it run in general by the lottery?

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

i think that within a few years, every game that was 2 days a week will go to 3 days a week.

Last week ....on the internet.  Then later I read it in the newapaper.

Go Army:    Your right about Liquor stores. Even in the worst of times...people will drink. I know of a a liqour store that has 3 machines. They have produced at least 7 big    big winners/millionaires. It is called Fleichmans on the northwest side of town.

That would be a good idea for CT. The question is, when would the drawing be?

I would guess CT would go to M-W-F.
