cash only which state do you think offers the best prizes where you have a choice of lump sum and annuity instead of being made to go with annuity only??

                        Thats crape that is....  You should be able to choose after you actually have a winner. 

                        Did you hit anything yet Mike?  I didnt get nothing lastnight. I missed the cash4 again. I had 8886 and it was 6777.  Go figure.. Why i didnt think of that. After winning with 777 sunday...

                        If it weren't for Vtracs and STXS where would we be?

                              MA Megais bad$ is annuity only. Some scratches in Mass & NY are annuity-only. Very few of the "lifetime" games have a cash option.
