The Pigskin Challenge: POWERBALL 3-26-05

$19,000,000.00

1. The object of The Pigskin Challenge is to correctly identify all the  numbers to be drawn in the Powerball game.

2. No more than ten number selections may be used to predict the numbers from the 5/53 matrix.

3. No more than three number selections from the 1/42 matrix  may be used to predict the red PowerBall.

You may specify one number from your picks in each matrix as most likely to hit . Just be sure to make it perfectly clear which one number you are selecting as most likely to hit in each matrix. There's no penalty if you don't specify any most likely numbers. It's simply an attempt to get a little better read on how well our systems are working as opposed to having our numbers come up by pure chance.

This is all done with an eye toward helping us improve the accuracy and consistency of our prediction skills. Hopefully, it will also help us find a way to crack this PowerBall game.

The 'skindex rating system will be applied to all entries for purposes of evaluation and comparision of our efforts. The maximum possible score is 100 points.

Good luck to all Challengers,

aye'

I've been using the maximum amount of number selections lately because I'm working with a new method. It seems to be yielding fairly good results with the PowerBall number, but I need to fine tune the white ball selections before I start narrowing down the amount of numbers that I use. My selections for Saturday night's PowerBall drawing are:

    5-6-15-17-23-25-26-46-49-52  PB: 6-7-12

    Good luck to all Challengers,

The pot rolled, so we'll be shooting at about $25million on Wednesday. It would sure be nice to see one of us catch all the numbers for this game. I sure wouldn't be crying about winning such a small jackpot.

well, it's time for the "thrill" of victory, and the "agony" of defeat once again. today it's the "moonies" award  to those who got the goose eggs.hopefully we can catch this, since it's rolled over as "aye" has said....

                              MADDOG10,

I was hoping I could get away with just taking the Walk of Shame, but I'll step right up to accept my Moonie award. I'm not giving up on this method just yet. This is the first time it's failed me so badly. I really think it has potential.

Have you heard anything from the chief? I wonder if he cashed big enough to stop fooling around with these numbers. His 3+1 with those most likely selections was awesome!

By the way, where did those numbers come from that you posted on the predictions page?
