question. all of this change will occur over the span of how many years?

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

NC should offer Lotto South (or Hot Lotto).

When Louisiana started up it's lottery in 1990, they started with a scratch game called Louisiana Treasures. They then started offering other scratch games. It took a little time to get the infrasturcture for Lotto up and running though, but it came along later. They also started a pick 3, pick 4, and later joined Powerball. They've had a few other online games too over the years.

I have to visit Raleigh sometimes for my job. My wife asked me if I got tickets from the convenience store next to the hotel and I told her NC had no lottery. She was a bit surprised since she's from NY and they've had a lottery as long as she can remember. She was just as surprised when I told her Louisiana had only had a lottery since 1990. If NC had a lottery, I'd have probably tried my luck with a few tickets.
