The money was suppose to go to the unfortunate in Venezuela. The man returned it.

yeah there always very thin lines between honesty and dishonesty and sometimes the lines can become blurred if the choice presents itself.......

Do onto others as you would prefer them to do onto you. If you lost a lot of money wouldn't you want it returned?

You should turn the money in and maybe you will get a reward. It's better than getting caught and labeled dishonest, not to mention trying come up with a good reason to give to the IRS about where the extra dough came from.

I often think about that very same question and have come to the conclusion that there probably are people posting who have won various types of lotto jackpots. I suppose that matching the numbers does make people understandably hesitant to mention it. It might sound like boasting when the whole thing may have been the result of a lucky quick-pick. It might also be that they don't mention it because they don't want to risk alienating themselves among friends. Could be many reasons, I suppose, for not mentioning a matching lottery ticket. With all of the LP members, and many who are active jackpot game participants, I'd tend to believe that some will post about larger prizes won as time goes on.

... the lottery never fails to surprise!

I've won $2,000 a few times. And $60 a bunch of times. Seems like I'm stuck on those numbers, which is kinda weird.
