I have read many times about "workouts" for numbers. Does anyone have a particularly lucky one that use, or just a regular one that they follow. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

A method I use and has proven successfull requires you to track the BOX Pair sets. I define a BOX PAIR as follows, if the number is ABCD, then you must track AB, AC, AD, BA, BC, BD, CA, CB, CD, DA, DB, & DC. Then keep it sorted for both the past 30 (or 60 is what seems to work well) games. Also track the complete history of the game.

Now, the workout that seems to work several times a week is what follows and can also be used in states with a single game.

Take the very LAST 2 Number sets and subtract one from the other (example: 4617-0374=4243). Now SPLIT the front and BACK and create 2 pairs. Now, simply COMBINE the front pair with the top 5 Hot Pairs. Do the same for the BACK pair. If your state has 2 games a day, you can also track ALL games and track the hot pairs that way as well. There is one major note. You must eliminate duplicates. Example. 64 and 46 is considered the same with my method. Problem is, it counts twice. So what happens is, you get false duplicates. Eliminate out the high set and just use the low set pairs. Easier to track and maintain.

The Twist...you can use the system like I suggested or test it and see how it works if you ADD the numbers. Track those numbers. Sometimes, a set created at the beginning of each week may be all you need to create a few winning numbers. Keep up with all the print outs oh and yes, it really helps if you understand and know how to use excel (or any other type spreadsheet).
