It's very possible.  You never know what numbers are going to come out of the ball machine.  Who knows, maybe one day, we could see 100+ people split a jackpot!

It just goes to show you that the messages and numbers in fortune cookies are mass produced and distributed in the same area.  If you want to take a 135 million to 1 chance of winning with 100 other people splitting the jackpot....

i'm guessing that before its all said and done that it might happen again but this time 90 people will split a jackpot........

Yep, never use fortune cookie numbers if you're after the jackpot.  You won't win enough to live off of the rest of your life even if you do beat the 135 million to one odds.

but you still might be a second prize 100,000 winner though!

I actually have some fortune cookie numbers I'm gonna play on Powerball for this drawing.  If me and 90 other people win so be it.  In that case I wouldn't choose annual payments =)

I think if that happened it would be funny if one of the winners either didn't use a fortune cookie and picked their own numbers of got a QP. =)

                              Whatever Cash!

                              I just wouldn't on 1 or 2 million.

You know what I don't like?  When I went to GA and to CA, I didn't notice until after I got my tickets they all say Cash Value Option on it.  That means while I was in CA, I only got 1 ticket that said Annual Payments on it.

Let's say I would have won on one of  the CVO's but I insisted on getting Annual Payments and my defense was the cashier didn't give me a choice and I didn't notice it until way after I bought the tickets...do you think the lottery commission would let me take AP?
