I will try to, soon maybe, a little at a time, start testing a few pick 3 lottery programs, my modified "Best boxed single combos chart" and some filters to be used with them also.

This might maybe be an on and off going thing or it might be continuous or a little of both I don't know yet.

My modified "Best Boxed Single Combos Chart" might be used and maybe also P34Lotto, VersaBet34, Lightning Bolt and some of MikeK programs, if I keep the testing up then maybe I might try one or more some other programs also, I am not too sure yet how I will do the testing it could start with only one program or I might do more than one at the same time and or I might combine results of one program with another or process the results of one or more programs and or the chart with another one.

For the moment I will just post my "Best Single Combos Chart" which is one of the things that I might be filtering or trying to and testing.

Since the singles come out the most I will only use them for now or at the beginning, these singles by themselves should come out no less but maybe more than about half of the time, at least in the "Short" (Contradiction of terms) long run anyway, if they don't then there is something very very wrong with the draws and the state lotteries and they will be fixing the draws, but they should not dare to at least not in the long run, so in the long run everything should be O.K.

I will be trying these things with Texas, only if I have more time then I might also try one or more other states.

I will start the testing very slowly, if I have the time then I will make it a little faster or more intensive maybe little by little, your input is welcomed now and also later.

I will not start right now.

It might be fun to see how the programs and also the chart compare to each other and also to see if the use of some filters help or not.

Yes, is "HIGH-TIME" for somebody to do this and I know that some people wanted me to do it, So I am "SOON".A little at a time, it's going to be interesting later that is for sure, some people think that I talk too much and I really do, so it's time for some action also soon.

Make sure to join this and voice your opinion later.

          Lantern,

I, for one, appreciate your sharing of ideas. It's very obvious to me , you put a lot of thought and work into those ideas. I don't think no one can ever "talk" to much about solving the Pick 3. Looking forward to your posts and thanks again.

First of all I will not test VersaBet after all, because the demo didn't want to install right on my particular computer set-up, the makers seem to be paranoid about the programs security or something maybe and my particular set -up might be a No No I guess to the program, no big deal, I will test others.

The first one is the Candy Number system:

From Candy Number System 98 Combos.

            All program's options enabled:
            500 004 502 550 024 054 522 530 552 034
            044 224 254 532 553 554 570 580 051 074
            234 244 533 534 544 560 572 575 582 804
            855 041 064 251 274 433 434 551 556 562
            573 574 590 824 853 854 094 241 264 474
            531 536 541 564 577 592 595 734 834 844
            875 885 134 144 294 571 576 581 586 593
            594 634 644 774 874 884 174 493 494 511
            561 566 579 674 814 864 895 141 164 591
            596 664 794 894 194 599 694 499

            The Crunch
Took out the last Sum, root, last digit sum root.
Took out the line width (difference of highest and lowest digit) from last draw (4).
            Took out all combos with High-Low difference of 0, 1, 2, 8, 9.

            500 - 051 - 054 - 064 - 074 - 550 - 560 - 570 - 141 - 144 - 164 - 174 - 814 - 561 - 571 - 581 - 522 - 532 - 254 - 274 - 824 - 294 - 552 - 572 - 582 - 592 - 634 - 834 - 493 - 536 - 853 - 474 - 574 - 594 - 694 - 774 - 794 - 894 - 499 - 855 - 586 - 875 - 885
            No. of Results  : 43

Took out all the Mostly High + Mostly Even Combos out (Filtered them out) That is what the last Noon draw was.
There was only one of those.
Took out also all combos with one or more pairs from the last draw.

These is what there is left now 28 boxed combos:

            500 - 051 - 064 - 074 - 550 - 560 - 570 - 141 - 144 - 164 - 174 - 561 - 571 - 522 - 532 - 274 - 294 - 552 - 572 -  592 - 634 - 493 - 536 - 474 - 694 - 774 - 794 - 499

This is all the filtering that I will do for the original 98 combos from Candy Number System.

You can filter more by using only the singles or just the doubles.

            19 singles:

            051 - 064 - 074 - 560 - 570 - 164 - 174 - 561 - 571 - 532 - 274 - 294 - 572 -  592 - 634 - 493 - 536 - 694 - 794

            9 doubles:

            500 - 550 - 141 - 144 - 522 - 552 - 474 - 774 - 499

Maybe I will filter the 80 number chart now next.

I used the same filters as above for the Candy numbers, plus one more as I said below:

              036 - 037 - 046 - 047 - 056 - 057 - 126 - 127 - 128 - 136 - 137 - 138 - 146 - 147 - 156 - 157 - 167 - 178 - 235 - 237 - 238 - 239 - 247 - 249 - 257 - 259 - 279 - 289 - 346 - 349 - 356 - 369 - 378 - 379 - 389 - 469 - 479

I will try one more thing to get rid of Even-Odd-Even combos from lowest digit to highest one:36 Combos:

              037 - 046 - 047 - 057 - 126 - 127 - 128 - 136 - 137 - 138 - 146 - 147 - 156 - 157 - 167 - 178 - 235 - 237 - 239 - 247 - 249 - 257 - 259 - 279 - 289 - 346 - 349 - 356 - 369 - 378 - 379 - 389 - 469 - 479

I don't want to reduce too much at this point.

This is all for this morning. As I said these are for TX Noon.

I did reduce the 80 combos a little more:

                037 - 046 - 047 - 057 - 126 - 127 - 128 - - 146 - 147 - 156 - 157 - 167 - 178 - 235 - 237 - 247 - 249 - 257 - 259 - 279 - 289 - 346 - 349 - 378 - 379 - 389 - 469 - 479

                To about 28 boxed combos.

I took the few past draws and put them from lowest to highest, and then substracted from the numbers on the last post the pairs by position of the last draws from combos that had those pairs on the last post, I don't know how well that could work, but maybe O.K.?

                  Texas Noon today:

                        Pick 3 Day

                  4/29/2005    4 3 6

These were my numbers from above for today noon:

                  037 - 046 - 047 - 057 - 126 - 127 - 128 - - 146 - 147 - 156 - 157 - 167 - 178 - 235 - 237 - 247 - 249 - 257 - 259 - 279 - 289 - 346 - 349 - 378 - 379 - 389 - 469 - 479

From my 80 number chart, but reduced with some filters I got it boxed with 28 combos.

It is of course possible to reduce more, but the more filtering that you do the riskier that it gets, you just might filter the winning numb er out. Not too bad for the first try.

                  ----------------------------------------------------------------

The Candy Number System was also able to get the winning number boxed and better yet, I was able to reduce the singles to only 19 boxed combos out of the 98.

How is that for filtering ? Not too bad I guess !

This is from the Candy Number Post way above:

                  19 singles:

                  051 - 064 - 074 - 560 - 570 - 164 - 174 - 561 - 571 - 532 - 274 - 294 - 572 -  592 - 634 - 493 - 536 - 694 - 794

                  9 doubles:

                  500 - 550 - 141 - 144 - 522 - 552 - 474 - 774 - 499

Well today noon good got them on both counts, I guess both the "Candy Number System" and my "Best Boxed Single Combos Chart" are O.K. (So far anyway).

Now Don't get me wrong filters are always very very risky so they many times don't work, that is why you should not use too many of them at one time and should only use those that appear to work best the most often and also for a particular draw are a particular time.

The more carefully chosen and the fewer of them the better.

If the Lotteries didn't manipulate the numbers so much as they do with pre-draws and changes of balls and machines and whatever, you could be almost sure that we maybe could win a lot more often maybe most of the time !

This is a pick 3 filter thread and so everybody can talk about filters here and the ways that they are used best, also anybody can test programs or systems and try to reduce them with filters for everybody to see, but you should tell what filters you used and how they were used.

Greetings. I am from Texas and am using paper and pencil to chose my picks but have not been very successful. Maybe its because I just started but I am looking more closely at sums, odds vs evens, etc. Let me know how I can be of help in your pursuit . Thanks. AL.

Hello! I see that you don't do a lot of posting, but if you want you can say what you have done so far and how, I don't know if it is because of the state lottery people or not,. but whatever the reason, pick 3 filters in general fail or don't work often, also many or some of them are really to be used mostly with straight combos and not with boxed ones, very often when used with boxed combos they fail even more than they do with straight combos, also when they are used with boxed combos they have to be modified they can't be used in the same way as you use them with straight combos.

But some of the filters are almost as good with straight combos as with boxed ones, when used in their "Regular or Normal" way, but some of their variations work better with straight combos.

So I think that there are more straight filters than boxed ones, But if you play straight you also have very very many more combos to filter out, so it's good that you can use more filters with straight combos.

CalifDude has some very good ways of using filters, maybe better ways than myself, but he also has more knowledge of numbers and formal education than me, I have very very little school education, you could almost say that I am self educated, I read very many books from public libraries and also bought some at book stores, some of us have no choice, is either that or no education at all.

Anyhow don't be shy, whatever you can tell us about how you get your numbers is O.K and or whatever you have learned, but only if you want, I don't want to force you.

                        Good luck.

                        Fernando.

For Texas tonight I am doing only the Candy Number System workout and filters, because I don't have time to the the 80 combos chart.

The same filters as before more or less were used, the original Candy Numbers combos are here:

                          Combined:

                          Combined: 30 boxed combos:

                          120 - 160 - 131 - 161 - 171 - 123 - 621 - 172 - 133 - 173 - 174 - 166 - 176 - 177 - 822 - 823 - 842 - 862 - 872 - 882 - 833 - 873 - 883 - 893 - 874 - 849 - 866 - 876 - 886 - 879

And doubles only: 12 boxed doubles:

Let us see if the Candy Number workout gave the combos and let's see if I filtered them right or not.

I do believe that it gave the winning combo on the 98 above, but I don't know about my filtering of them (?).

I should be using a lottery program or Exel spreadsheet to give me pick 3 statistics and filter statistics, I am using the filters "BLIND" without much of anything to use as guide-lines for what to use and when or for what, that is why the filters will problably fail a lot more than they should maybe, even if the winning numbers is in the source combos I will probably filter it out more often than not, you (we) should know the filters statistics that apply to the draw that we are trying to win, before we use any filters or we will lose a lot more often, without statistics if we win it might be more by chance and luck than by technique. Anyhow I will try again to get the winning boxed combo for tomorrow noon for Texas.

I am always scared of filters.

As you see on the workouts I tried very hard to use as few filters as possible, even so they probably will fail, that is if the winning number is in the source combos it might not be either.

I now tried to reduce the 40 above combos some more by had getting rid of all that are 2 lows + 2 evens combos, which is what the last draw was also, I now have 33 boxed combos, I don't know if the filtering will work O.K or not:
