I would set up my own foundation, I would fund a full 4 year college education in the District of Columbia, one award per year for 15 years;  I would award/acknowledge a teacher and principal of the year through my foundation at an annual awards dinners;  I would award grants to 4 community based groups per year at $50,000 each.  I would create a Chess Tournament for D.C. elementary to middle school children.  I would by a winter home and a summer home.  One in Florida and one in California or Colorado.  (smile

I would continue to give to the people, charities and organizations I give to now.  If they had to wait until I won a lottery jackpot, they probably would never get anything from me.  I don't have to be a lottery winner to give to the ones I love and support the charities and organizations I believe in.

We have children right here in the U.S.A. going to bed hungry, not enough warm clothes or shoes to wear.

I would not give the money to some outfit that pays theirself before the children get anything. I would some how, some way get food and clothes to the children that need it.
