I wouldn't mind paying $2 per ticket (which I already do in MA Ca$h WinFall) since there would be a    2+0 prize, and the jackpot potential would be huge. The one thing I'm wondering about is the $1 million annuitized second prize-would it be a flat 500k (cash option winners would be "cheated") or fluctuate according to interest rates?

Very good point about the cash option being "cheated" at only 50% of the annuity.

I'm still hung up on the $2 price myself.  IMHO, If I want to spend $2, I'd rather buy two tickets.

I haven't heard anything lately. MUSL obviously is waiting until after Powerball changes.

I want to be able to play the Blue Game in Connecticut, but we're still waiting to find out of CT will still be selling Powerball.

Yes it is. When you win you are just told that your millions have gone to help the poor and lower the federal deficit, but you can feel better about yourself.

I hope the "Blue Game" is only $1 per draw. If they choose Power play, they will spend $2 a draw to multiply their winnings. I hope that CT keeps Powerball. If the matrix and odds of winning the jackpot is more than 200 million to 1, I hope CA lottery commission drops MM and joins the "Blue Game" down the road.
