Do you know of any states that have self-service lotto ticket machines. Not just scratch ticket vending machines, ones that sell numbers games. I know Pennsylvania, Texas, and California have them. What other states have them?

Oregon has them but it's a lot slower than just dealing with a clerk who knows what they are doing.

What would be great is if the self serve machines allowed you to play other states lotteries. Say it allowed me here in Florida to play powerball from a powerball state. This means of course a portion of the $1.00 ticket could be split between the powerball state and Florida in order to allow both states to license the transaction.
