In order to display a picture on any web site (including Lottery Post), the image file must exist on a web server somewhere, not your PC's hard drive.  You need to upload it somewhere, and then you click the image button on the toolbar and enter the Internet location where you stored the image (the image's URL).

Some people get personal web space provided by their ISP, and that's a possible place to upload it to.  Lottery Post members who upgrade to Gold and Platinum get personal web space on the Lottery Post web server to store whatever they want, and that's also a possible place to put it.

Just thought I'd let you know this, because nobody but you can see your picture.  (You can see it because it's on your PC, but everyone else sees a small square with a red X in it.)  If you go to another PC and open this message, you'll see what I mean.

Don't let anyone belittle that little box with an x in it, though.  It's a good 'un.

Glad to hear you scored against Colo Lotto.  Even when it happens as an error you can score that one up as one for the common folks.

        Rip Snorter,

What are you saying?  Should I not be helpful and try to explain how to post images?

          Todd,

How do I find that personal place for storage?

Make it simple you know I am not good on this thing. Us old folks think adding machines are still the greatest invention!

                  Todd:

That wasn't a criticism of you helping.  You answered a question I'd wondered about, my ownself.

I have a serious case of tongue-in-cheek, an irrepressable need to be flip about most things.  I like to think of it as a harmless need to laugh at life and everything in it.

I appreciate your help here, respect you, love the site.  I wasn't poking fun at you, nor at the person who posted.  I was just being flip.

                  Sorry I didn't succeed.

                  Jack
