If you happen to be an excellent casino blackjack player, but hate autoshufflers (as I did until a few days ago) I'd like to share something with you that will help you make them wish they'd never installed the damned things. It takes advantage of the 51:49 odds in favor of the house, the fact that those autoshufflers give the most thorough mechanical shuffle possible by the time they've been at it for a few hours, and the fact the machines are mostly on minimum limit tables.
It's got me playing only on tables with the lowest table minimums and autoshufflers. I haven't known about it long enough to test it over the long haul, but it pays off better than anything I've ever seen in a casino. It's a method of play that will require that you abandon some of your long-held conventional wisdoms about betting strategy, but if you try it I think you'll be shuffling around looking for the tables with a magic box beside the dealers.
I'd recommend getting one of those 10$ Millenium Gamepack CDs at Walmart or Comp USA with a good multi-hand blackjack program on it so's to test the method against a computer before you try it in a casino for real money. That animated blackjack program on that particular CD is the best simulated multi-hand table blackjack I've ever come across.
PM me if you love blackjack, hate autoshufflers, and want to give the method a try.
