I'm thinking NY Lotto needs to go multi-state, give those big guys a run for the money.  Powerful good numbers operation, seems to me.

i got my tickets.  i like the 2 plays for $1 because i usually play 5 sets of numbers on lotto games, and now i can do so for cheaper.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I use to get pee'd off cos I wouldn't at least win a smaller prize. That made me annoyed at El Cheapo's (NY Lotto) game.

But then I realized who the f_ck cares if I hit 3 or 4 #'s, especially since I only play what I can afford. Yea $15-20 pays me back some money, but that doesn't last long... and the biggest reason why not to care is cos I'm playing for the jackpot or 2nd prize.

So El Cheapo, my friend, you're not that stinky at all. Lep

Yup, especially if you wheel and use Bluskov instead of GH.

I don't think NY Lotto could go multi-state with its terrible payback.

The New York Lottery has bigger problems than NY Lotto right now.

The problem with NY Lotto is big enough.

I hope everyone plays NY Lotto now - the jackpot is $42 million!

The New York Lottery really put together a good game with the right matrix, although the lower-tier prizes are too small.

I'm still not playing. NY Lotto is a terrible game despite the cash option.

NY Lotto is a great game that could stand a few minor enhancements to the lower-tier prizes.

I would have to agree. I wish they'd also go back to the 54 # matrix. I mean how cheap can the state be? And how much negative impact is one or two pencils less in the schools gonna be (lol)?

I Agree! They do need to pay more on the lower-tiers. But the rest is just fine.
