42 squared/cubed.

Okay, let's try this again.

In simple uneducated laymans terms what does that mean?  Dupe Alert

With the lottery I get all the exercise I need.

A while back I got a quick pick for our 5/39 game and the numbers were 32-33-34-35-36.  What?  (I bought another quick pick).

If the lottery has taught me anything, it's that anything can happen with random numbers regardless of probability.

Last night's pick-5 game here, the winners drawn were

    04-05-06-07....and 26

    Naturally there were no winners.

          42 squared (42^2) is 42 times 42.

          42 cubed (42^3) is 42 times 42 times 42.

Standard notation for these formulas when using spreadsheets.
