    I take cash option, but I wish the PB or MM hits 363+ million [annunity] and 1 ticket wins the jackpot in a state with no sales tax.

      It would be very unlikely that the winner would be from Washington since we are dead last in sales and in per capita spending on lotteries.

          Annuity takes too long and someone may die. I choose cash option no matter what.

            Connecticut went eight years between PB wins. I predict its next winner won't take so long, even with the longer jackpot odds.
