When mega millions first started there was some group of investors that tried to do that. They went to megamillion headquarters and slapped down a note to cover all the combinations. After some juggling around and lots of hoopala megamil officals desided not to allow them to do it. First they stated the obivious reason( if they sold another winning ticket they would loose most of their investment) and second they didn't like the fact that this group might be laundering illegal money. The point is is can be done but they woln't let any group do that for some of the reasons stated and a few i can't remember.
Here's an idea take a deep breath 3 times exhale one long breath. close your eyes inhale... while exhailing slowley write down 5 numbers and a mega ball all the while thinking about standing in lottery headquarters signing the winning check. Then go play those numbers you now have the same chance as every other person playing the game. With one added attraction you put yourself in the winning frame of mind.
