The reason I thought it was unconstitional because Proposition 37 states in 1984, CA can only play in their own state lotto. However, the lawsuit hasn't come yet, so CA plays MM. I hope the CA Governor gets a full time lotto commissioner to help CA with money situations.

    Hello Just6ntlc:

I remember that you've been hoped to win the lottery (CA local Lottery and Mega Millions). So why you hope the government to stop CA from playing Mega Millions ? Just ask - no offense

Without cali then mega millions could go on a record run and some one from the state of washington could win to rub it in their faces.

I would really doubt that. It would be like the Virgin Islands winning Powerball. Sales of MM in WA are not only lower than anyone else they are often half of the next lowest state.

what's wrong with someone from wash winning? i buy tickets and i would like to win. my odds should be the same as yours.

is there something wrong with us who live here?

the odds do not mean much to those who win the jackpot

You live at the Canadian border. Do you play there too?

i used to play 649 and buy one years worth at a time and they would send the winnings to me which was nice. now the border is so difficult why bother. but now there is mm in wash. i play that

so i do not go to canada anymore
