I think CA Lotto begin in October 19, 1986 once a week. Then they started two drawings a week in September 26, 1987. Then it went to a 6/53 game from June 1990 to December 11, 1991. Then they had a 6/51 game until CA SLP stepped in on June 7, 2000. When and why did Texas Two Step occurred? When and why did Lotto Texas went to a bonus ball [5+1] instead of 6 numbers like CA?

this has been one of my favorite topics so far.its really nice to look back and see when all the lotteries first started.it seems that some have been out forever while a few are just starting up.i think the newer ones should look at how the older ones have done and learn from them.
