Maybe someone can explain this to me.What?

In Ohio, the "Rolling Cash 5",without a winner, the next day's jackpot increses from 100,000 to 110,000,it's always the same.

However,in PA's "Cash 5",without a winner,the jackpot increases from 100,000 to 200,000.

The 2 states are fairly close populationwise, and I find it hard to beleve that PA has that many more lottery players than Ohio.

The reason is this. Cash 5 in PA is more popular than Rolling Cash 5. More popular by leaps and bounds. But I will say this, expect those paltry rolls to change when they switch a classic game in Super Lotto, with a niche game in Lot 'O Play. They should'nt have switched games. They should've just added it on.

OH Lot O' Play will be much better than PA Unlucky for Life. Almost anything is better than UfL.
