Could this be a record run?

17 winners of the second tier prize and none in the two states that sell the most tickets (CA and NY)  Those low numbers can always suprise you.

That was surprising that no one from CA and NY not even got 1 ticket hitting 5/5. I hope this goes into a record run to 363+ million [Annuniity jackpot] and eventually one ticket wins the jackpot to take lump sum.

With both GA and IL having five winners each it wouldn't be bad to assume some of them belong to the same person.  The numbers were lower but the odds against that are long.  GA actually had to lose money on this last drawing.  They had to pay out $1,250,000 in second tier prizes alone and only sold 1.5 million in tickets.  IL sold only 1.9 million so they should of lost money too.  But good thing for reserves.
