Perhaps you need to find something else to do, something that is not gambling and that doesn't have to do with money.
But whatever it might be don't get addicted to it, maybe find 2 things to do instead of just one, that way, you might not get too much into either of them.
Perhaps take religion and something else also, take care of a garden or cat or dog or fish and or what about photography ?
Take religion, photography and also get a pet, that should give you more than enough to keep you busy.
Also listen to Todd, he is right, you can post all that you want and never, but never buy any lottery tickets at all.
BlackApple might be (I don't know) addicted to posting more or less, but as far as I know he never, but never spends any money on lottery tickets.
And he is not the only one. You don't have to spend money to work on the numbers, you can have a lot of fun with the lottery just the same.

The trouble with posting and not playing is that you'll really feel bad if you post a big winner and didn't play it. If you have no control after that, you'll start playing everything you post and your gambling problems will be back.

I agree...it's like stopping smoking.......
You just can't put a unlit cigarette in your mouth without smoking it......I guess some can, but most won't be able to.
If you are going to stop, you gotta stop cold......

I post for the month and when I see one fall I, too will post that winning #. It doesn't mean I PLAYED/CAUGHT it. I don't have $ all the time and the little I have does NOT go to a # if I need to eat or buy water!!!!! (I like Chinese). It KILLS me when I see all my #'s fall and I haven't played but hunger WILL kill me quicker. I have learned that u can't play every day 3 times a day 7 days a week. Good lick everyone!!!

No reson for big or grand jestures. I think a lot of people make a mistake thinking they're going to kill the numbers.
Most States have been in the lottery business for some 30 plus yrs.
And they ain't going broke yet.
Understand that the lottery, isn't in business too make the average person rich.
Play small until you get some of their money if you can.
I get so tired of hearing people say, " If the lord just let me hit today, I won't play no more.
YOU'RE lying. You got nothing better too do.
The lottery is, everyday, that's the beauty of it.
My Reverend, told me years ago; "Make sure, you play it and it doesn't play you."
It's not rocket science, use a little common sense.
I've been quite blessed, with my playing over the years. It does happen.
I'm a firm beleiver that if it's for you, its for you.
And if it's not it's not.
Pray for the wisdom to know the difference.

I am new to the lottery post, but not new to the lottery, I have been playing for many years. I have not had the chance to meet you, but from what I read you were a very interesting person to have on board. That being said, I am very sad to see you leave under such dire cercumstances, you are a winner, a winner is someone who knows when to give up and step to the plate. Your family is utmost important, your health and finances is next. I wish you all the success in the world.
The Lottery is fun, you can enjoy it in many ways, you dont have to bet to win and if so it has to be money that absoluutley is not needed for your family and day to day living.
I wish you well & God be with you

Good Bye Luckychick80. I think we had spoke once before in chat some Sunday. I think your a winner with what you're doing. I know you may not read this because you may have already stopped coming here, but I too went thru something simular to you. All I thought about was lottery and getting that big win. I was spending around 100.00 a day but I was winning almost everyday. My wake up call came when I went a week without winning and didn't have the money to pay bills. I quit playing for about 2 yrs but I still watched and tracked numbers. Finally I decided to come back and play but now I play smarter and within my means. I do something now that I did with everything else except lottery. I play on a budget. I do a lot of predictions for other states but if it's not in my lotto budget I don't play them. Also I don't play everyday anymore either. Before I thought I've got to play everyday just in case my number comes out I don't want to miss it. I know now life goes on with or without the lottery so if I miss it, so be it. Luckychick, I wish you the best in life and family is the most important thing. They will help you through this. I'm very greatful to have met and talked to you and also to find out that someone else is or has gone through what I've gone through. The hardest things are doing what you have done, admitting and quitting. After that it's all downhill.
I love doubles and remember, it's just a game!!!!!!
