  This question is based on the $340 million Powerball winning jackpot.    Powerball officials have confirmed there was a winning ticket bought but no one has had their jackpot winning ticket verified yet.

  Yes but didn't they say it's in OR?  Who else would have it?  lol 

  I know it hasn't been verified, but I think it was him.

  He is seeking professional advice on his windfall before he goes to claim it at the lottery office.  I think you have to make appointments to see people like that it takes time.  I think that the West's are the record powerball winners.

  HA Ha ha,

  He/She/Its lying thru his/her/its teeth if he/she/it really exists.  From what I'v read on this site so far, this "winner" spoke to a RADIO station.  NO pics, just a voice on the phone.  It sounds to me like he/she/it went LOOKING for a RADIO station probably via TELEPHONE to satisfy his/her/its fantasy urge.

  However, if it's true then I think it shows poor judgement and an overt tendency to act impulsively.  Stay tuned.  He/She/It may well be on his/her/its way toward setting a new record LOW for bad behavior to counter-balance the record HIGH jackpot.
