      Interesting article. I side on the factor that 1: The person was 18 and old enough to vote. Accoutable as an adult in the  judicial system. 2: No one forced the drugs it was an additive choice that met with the hands of unfortunate circumstance. 3: jack Whitkaker may be alot of things but I sincerely doubt he would want injury for any persons' kid. 

      May the scales of justice be tipped in favor of jack.

        JWis not the shinest leave on the tree.  He is just an opportunity to difficult to pass up. Sort of a reflection of America's moral standards.  When in doubt, blame some one else for your childs death. When in doubt, blame the cop for the beating, all you did was express an opinion.
