  I believe I asked this elsewhere, but received no answer. What is the best overall investment option? What is the highest interest bearing investment option? Also one that allows you to access all your money at any time? Say you invested 12 million, the approximate current cash value of the powerball, in an interest bearing account of about 5%. Would that be about $600,000 in interest per year? Or is paid monthly?
