Sum of Pick 3 numbers 000 through 999 = 499,500

Sum = 4 + 9 + 9 + 5 + 0 + 0 = 27

Root Sum = 9

Left Digit Sum = 7

It's input!       We need input, man.

ahhh input....           More input!

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

9

that's also the  same sum for all 10000 pick4 combos

49,995,000 = 4+9+9+9+5+0+0+0 = 36

3+6=9

LD=6 (differing from the 3digit LD of 7)

Playing more than one ticket per game is betting against yourself.

Take the first (000) and last (999) numbers and add them together (999) then multiply 999 by 500 (500 pairs: 001+998=999, 002+997=999, etc) for a sum of 499,500. (4+9+9+5=27) Root Sum is 9.
