Does anyone know which state yet?

Two jackpots in a roll under $100 million when it was what two years since we had one hit below that mark.  What's up with that?  haha

Once again, it was CA. I knew they shouldn't have been allowed into the game. They're ruining it for all the other states.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

This was only the ninth Mega Millions jackpot awarded this year, which tie the record low amount of MM jackpots awarded in a single calendar year. That record was set in 2000.

Before the $35 million MM jackpot hit last month, MM did not have a jackpot hit under $100 million since December 3, 2004 ($24 million).

Maybe they are just giving them the jackpots so those damn people will stop complaining.....haha.  Better in the long run.

changing the matrix makes it harder to hit not impossible to hit. We'll see lots more smaller jackpots won.

Great another run of Powerball and Mega Millions stuck with low jackpots. At least it gives motivation to those playing under 100 million.

Well, players play to win, not to raise the jackpots.

It would have been nice to start 2006 with a $100M jackpot, but I can wait.  I'll just work on my strategy until the jackpots gets a little bigger.

Well, congratulations to you RJOh. Your 4+0 in the MM predictions in the last MM draw made the tiebreaker difference. If you didn't get exactly 4+0 or 3+0, we would had three co-MVPs [You, MADDOG10, and me]. Also, congratulations to California for winning the MM game at 88 million, but their CA SLP has rolled to $56 million for the first CA SLP draw in 2006. I hope CA keeps their MM winnings, but hope the lawsuit in California forces them to not play MM and instead refocus on CA SLP.

Just6ntlc, are you saying you actually want California to make their own lotto game harder to win!?

yeah.  CA has so many players that they shouldn't need mega millions.  they just need to realize that they need to raise taxes.

No Californians need to stay in CA and keep their moronic political ideas only in that state. People who think that tax rates should be a lot higher for individuals should also move to CA and spare the rest of us of your presence.

When Calif. joined mega I thought to myself it's gonna get harder to win because they have so many more players than other states. Figuring many of them would be buying Qpicks means that more chances people there might win. Californians will continue to get many more wins as a result of this.
