I would say confusing, the way he explains things, never quite sure what answers to give to questions within the various programs he offers.  You have to read webpage after webpage just to find out where he has the download hidden.   Not my favorite stuff.  But can't beat the price, if it will work.

the only one who truly understands ion is ion... brilliant mind, great software... yet I stare at the screen like a deer gazes into oncoming headlights. Some day I hope he adds a "for dummies" section, I will be a regular visitor there :-)

ROFLyou so crazy pac.lol  Is it an African elephant or an Indian elephant?  The Tarzan movies used to have them wrong all the time.  I guess they figure people didn't know the difference.

This one looks like Mrs. Dumbo.LOL

This is an Indian elephant.  The ears are shaped like the map of India.  An African elephant's ears are shaped like the map of the African continent.

LOLAfrican elephants ears are significantly larger than the India elephant ears.

That's true.  The easiest way to distinguish an Indian elephant from an African elephant is from the size and shape of their ears.

Have you taken a look at LDIR? LDIR seems to have lots of features and handles multiple Lotteries.
