Thanks for your advice Lantern, don't think I'll take it though.  ADB-23 has offered help in posting it for me.  It has been offered to email, and hopefully ADB-23 can get it up for us.

It seems to cover 140 pick 3 numbers and the same number of Pick 4s.

this is what goes with it.

Back test the state you are playing.
Look for your p/3 p4 that has already ran.
Say, 349 fell in your draw, box or st.,
within a few draws one should hit from the
p3/p4 Code 11 it's just another tool to work
with.  I have found in MO sometimes,
not often that if a p3 falls then a p4 follows,
may work better in other states.  I think for
the all states player it would be a great tool.
I did try putting it here in the tables but
numbers went every where.  So I do have it
in either excel or word format.

Are their suppose to be 2 & 3 digit numbers in the 4-digit columns?

349 is listed in code 11 as a straight and in code 12 and code 36 as box.

So should we look in all the codes and use those numbers listed or should we find the 349 straight and look in that particular code box?

Looks like some digits are missing. Like Raven said. Some P3 are only 2. Some P4 are only 2 and 3.

                        A few examples:
                        Code 14 P4 397?
                        Code 18 P4 386?
                        Code 20 P4 17??
                        Code 39 P4 386?
                        Code 40 P4 668?

I am looking at the sheet in word - where there are only 2 or 3 digits, that is where a zero "0" is - excel does not like zeros.  The zero would be before the set that is "missing" a digit.

I can only tell you to back test your state, you may be on to something there!  I know that some of the same numbers are there in different combo's and it helps to know the order of how your digits have been falling in your state, Ex:  hot-cold-over due, and you are right about excel and those 0's, but ADB-23 is fixing it now.
