PA is full of winners.  Proof?  They win!  Winners win.  Thus, PA wil hit Wednesday.

It should be called PA / NY because many yorkers make the trek to the keystone state!  Much like texas is doing in southern oklahoma!

More like PA / NY / NJ - I make a treck from NJ.  The little town I go to, has pretty even distribution.  Port Jarvis NJ has all three states within feet of each other.  Right now it is kinda weird.  I blew out my engine last week (still under full warrenty).  I am renting a Jeep with NY plates.  So I live in NJ, driving a car with NY plates, and buy PB tickets in PA.  Of course if I win the big one Wednesaday at 11:00 pm, I'll move to PA at midnight. Until I get the check, then I'll move again.

    Cheers

I hope that 10 people win and they all really need the money. Maybe a family who lost their home or someone who is sick and can't pay his medical bills. Those are the stories I like to hear.  I don't care where they live as long as I don't read that the winner is going to keep her job at Target. There should be some kind of law where people like that are automatically declared unfit to claim their prize.

I'm not really sure what we're voting on here--Are we looking at a list of States that have not won the PB jackpot yet ?

If so, then it is incorrect. SC did have a PB jackpot winner, I believe it was in 2003 or early 2004. The winner bought the ticket in York county and lived in NC near Charlotte if memory serves.

From the list since the start of the 2003 Powerball winners list only the Virgin Islands and the state of Colorado are without a winning jackpot all the others on this list have at least one win and some have multiple wins.  I forgot Montana they do not have a win either.

I'll go out on a limb and say someone from Tennessee will win the jackpot!!  Jester

It'll go to whoever, wherever that has the most luck going in their favor whether it's first time luck or a tried and true system of prediction.  Good luck everyone!!  Blue Angel

i'm going to play some of my own numbers...tennessee is due a winner!

Louisiana wins alot because the voodoo doctors cast their spells.

Star so bright, who will win tonight

I look right, I look Left

                  Tonights winner will be LosingJeff

He's paid his dues as far as we see

Tomorrow his life will be full of glee

                  Hokus Pokus alakazaam

Jeff will move and find a plan

South Carolina is where he will be

He will start a new life and play pic 3!

justexploring, I agree! And losingjeff, you made me laugh too. Jester Laugh I wish that spell would be cast for a Louisiana playerStar.  Katrina was an all day ordeal.  Debris, rain, your life, just flying away in the air.  Then days of no power, no water, and the smell of death!  Long lines (miles) for gas...then the wait for refrigerated trucks to get the dead bodies.  No morgues had power.  Yeah, just knowing someone from Katrina won would be uplifting.  One lady won a million dollars at some Casino.  Her home was washed away too.  I thank God that we did not experience this devastion in the winter like the victims of the earthquake did.  Enough about Katrina; I thought I had gotten over the biggest of this disaster; but there are so many camper homes, some many TENTS still, that this is not something that will go away soon...  let's not talk about "insurance companies".  But we are re-building, and RECOVERING!  AND due a jackpot!  Well, one winner got five numbers right.  That was enough to tease for the ultimate win say maybe this Saturday.

Nevertheless, it will be Louisiana.  Next PB will be in the next state due, but this jackpot is for a Mississippi woman or a Louisiana man.

The winner will remain as annonymous as it is possible.  The prize will not be claimed until 8 weeks, 7 days, and one half night from the draw.  The winner will then send the proxy to headquaters in Baton Rouge to collect the check.  You can take that to the bank!  Well, the proxy will.Thumbs Up

Chewie--- Im glad to see your luck is on the upswing! Still heading our way for the winning ticket I hope ?

Sirbrad- Still ever the faithfull and positive player ! Good to see you have stayed with the game. It will indeed hit PA for the jackpot- reason being: We are going to play the winning numbers this time! See ya at the Lottery headquarters!

Best wishes to all who play this Wednesday.

I have no problem with a two-way split of $146 million cash, I am not greedy. Heck even a 10 way split would be a lot better than what I have now. But since we were all wrong, I will try something different. I guarantee that NONE of us will win this Saturday either. Hope the wrong streak continues.  LOL

I did not vote because the winner is coming out of Willamina, OREGON.  Centers Market-weshar75's ticket!

Sorry but you are wrong, Oregon already has 310 million too much. Since Oregon won the largest jackpot in history(?) I don't think it will be due again for a long time. I believe it will be going to PA this time.  Smile

I strongly concur with Sirbrad. PA will have two lucky claimed tickets holders! :)

Either that or two "skillful" ones. Smile Imagine those odds, not only beating the powerball odds, but two people from lottery post, who live in the same area, who both said they would win. That should be world wide news, something I wish to avoid. LOL

That has to be some astronomical odds for that to happen. Although I wish someone from here would win for a change, as I am sick and tired of contributing to "lucky" play on a whim gamblers who only play once in a great awhile, and most likely know nothing about the lottery. Heck most of them forget they even bought a ticket! Seems as though those most prepared, and most deserving rarely ever win. I guess that is "randomness" at it's best...or it's worst for us players.

I'll let you know tomorrow.  I bought my tickets from them.  So, when I go to collect the money, I'll have to go to the state they were purchased in.  I'll be the guy with the huge SEG!
