i just want to know if u win the lottery for example let see i win 500,000 thousand dollars do they give me all that money or is like the megamillions and powerball i could chose to get a annunity or paid the whole amount i live in new york

    NY has numerous scratch games (including FOUR versions of Debt for Life) that are annuity-only. I would also avoid NY Lotto because the payback % is terrible.

        Just look at the rules....keno games are usually paid in one-lump sum so you would get the whole $500,000 (minus taxes of course)
