  Outstanding BA! Looks like things are progressing...I guess in the next couple of weeks, we need to nail down/organize the rules, get some progression charts, selection charts and have it all in one package. How do we proceed?

  I want to tweak this

  for backup.

  Did you know that there are sets of 8 Pick-3 combinations that
  when the three digits are drawn all different will 100%
  guarantee you will always have at least 2 of the 3 winning
  digits in one of the combinations?
