I agree CalifDude. Not too practical if one is trying to make a profit and eventually play for real cash.

I'm thinking of changing the way the winners are ranked here at the end of the week.

Using profit margins might be a better ranking system. It's more realistic to the objective of the games.

Maybe next week, I'll make the changeover. How does that sound to everyone?

Using Ending Balances to rank instead of total value of hits?

True it would not be practical for me to do that with real money, but if I had my heart set on winning the Dash for Cash, it would be a very good move. But I also think it would be poor "sportsmanship" to try to cut out other people from winning the contest.
As far as using the ending balance for the week, that has problems, too. If someone gets a good hit or two like I did, then the smart move is to not play anymore that week. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but again it is (IMO) selfish. I think the way MadDog does the weekly challenges is a good way to do it, but then you would be doing just the same thing!
I think you should just leave it the way it is. That way it is different than what anyone else is doing in the forums.
