    Just an observation

Maryland, South Carolina, and Tri-State's "Long-Out" digits are also in the column containing the "Long-Out" VTRAC digits to Play.

      Midday Re-Cap

Playable States for Midday today were:

      Maryland
      New Jersey
      Ohio
      South Carolina
      Tennessee
      TriState

These were playable states because they all had a VTRAC digit in ALL 3 positions out "5" or more drawings.

      Maryland: Win
The Pick 3 drawing Midday was 090. The "9" was the targeted digit because the VTRAC 5 (digit 4 & 9) was out 5 or more drawings.   The "Play Chart" selection was to use the Doubles List (Chart 5). You could have played just the "9" since the 9 was actually the longest digit out in all 3 positions. If you played the entire Doubles Chart # 5 it would have cost you $9.00 online and you would have won $37.50 for a .25 bet or if you played just the "9"'s it would have cost $4.50 and you would have won $37.50.
Using the doubles chart you should NOT use the previous Pick 3 drawing to eliminate picks from the chart. Only eliminate Picks from the No-Match List.
The reason I chose to play a double was the previous drawing was a double (773).

      New Jersey: Win
The Pick 3 drawing Midday was 284
The key digits were the 4 and 9 (VTRAC 5)
The previous Pick 3 Drawing was 678
Play the No Match Chart "5" along with the digits from previous drawing (678)

Ohio: Loss (Played No Match Chart only)
The Pick 3 drawing Midday was a double 600
The key digits were 1 and 6 (VTRAC 2)
      The previous drawing was 890
The key digit 6 was drawn along with the 8 from the previous drawing (890)
      Lost due to a double.

      South Carolina: Loss
The Pick 3 drawing Midday was 725
No 1 or 6 digits drawn.

      Tennessee: Win
      The Pick 3 drawing was 1 0 3
The key digits were 3 and 8 (VTRAC 4)
The previous Pick 3 drawing was 290
The key digit "3" was drawn with one of the previous drawings digits 0 (290)
Play list No Match Chart # 4 had the winning combination.
If you played all 21 combinations @ .25 online. Cost $10.50. Win $37.50

      Tri-State: Win
The Pick 3 Midday drawing was 960
The key digits were 4 and 9 (VTRAC 5)
Previous Pick 3 drawing was 615
The Key digit "9" was drawn with on of the previous drawings digits "6" (615)
Play list No Match chart #5 had thewinning combination.
If you played all 21 combinations @ .25 online. Cost $10.50. Win $37.50
