When you know 1 number!!
Ok, I thought I would pass this on.
10 States Midday Friday 5/5/06
Georgia - Kentucky - Maryland - Michigan - New Jersey - New York - Ohio - South Carolina - Tennessee - Tri-State
Longest Out Digit (Not VTRAC) in all 3 Positions
Georgia - 1

New Jersey - 4 & 2 (Tied at 4 draws out)
New York - 5
Ohio - 6
South Carolina - 4
Tennessee - 5
Tri-State - 7
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Match these states up with their Longest Out VTRACS (Or Mirrors)
Georgia - VTRAC 1 = Digits 0 and 5 - No Match with Long Out Digit 1 - "NO PLAY"
Kentucky - VTRAC 4 = Digits 3 and 8 - Matched with the Long Out Digit 3 - "PLAY"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Out of 10 states there are 3 playable states:
Kentucky - Digit # 3 - Midday Result = 9 - 7 - 5 LOSS
Michigan - Digit # 9 - Midday Result = 0 - 5 - 9 WIN
New Jersey - Digit # 2 - Midday Result = 3 - 2 - 4 WIN
The WIN would have been picked from the "If you know 1 number list" and you know it won't be a double.
Possible strategy for Picking these straight would be:
1. Use the last NO Match drawing (May need to go back 1 drawing or more)
2. Eliminate all the combinations from the: "If you know 1 number list" that do not have any numbers from the previous No Match Combination
4. Using the last No Match combination, re-position the digits so they are NOT in the same sequence as drawn.
For example: If the last NO Match drawing was 6 3 1. You might want to re-position the 6 to the 3rd position or 2nd Position. The 3 to the 1st Position or 3rd Position, 1 to the 1st or 2nd Position.
Here is an example using Michigan:
The 1 Digit is a "9"
The previous No Match was 1 - 7 - 0 on Thursday Midday
This would be the entire list without eliminating the 3 No Match digits:
