calabs

It has hit for me regularly in random states as well. Again, progressions seem to be the key for me. And I play box on P4. Might be foolish, but that's really all I can afford for the time being.

calabs and mazk ok i see now how you did it.

while it's interesting after the number is drawn that one can devise a pattern to input the numbers to get the winning pick we need to find the method that works best. i input the numbers from the fourth draw back and work up to the last draw. while mazk is working backward starting from the last draw.

one would think since there the same numbers that you would get the same result no matter how you entered the numbers as long as they were the same numbers. but that's not the case if you enter them forward you get one set of results and if you enter them reversed like mazk does you get another set of results.

when i work with my numbers i always enter them in ascending order so the last drawing is on the bottom. Not like Todd has them in his results page i don't like to even look at them that way. cause it's weird and more difficult to count backwards.

I use current draw and go back 3 more for my way. Do you find more hits your way or mine? I don't know how arbitrary it is. I agree with you...the numbers should come out the same, but they don't based on the algorithm.

Maybe each of us should take a state and time period and test both ways.

Thanks for a great system Sfilippo.  Hope it continues its success in maryland and elsewhere.  Had a box hit yesterday on 6221(2216 was the #) and straight hit on 6881 today.  Too bad for me I only played the Get'em part str/box and rest box only. Straight number was in the last column. I use the last 4 drawings , mid to mid for midday and eve to eve for evenings.

Ateeque could you show me how or what order you entered the numbers you used for the input for Maryland to get todays midday winner 6881 cause i couldn't get a 6881 from any numbers i entered into Emma. Maybe i'm missing something important.

Four4me - If you use the midday numbers starting with the latest draw and work backwards you will get the 6881.  I believe the numbers used (and generated from them) are included in mazk's most recent post.

Thanks Four4me for answering his question.  Thats exactly what I did.

I'm working from the fourth draw back and up to the last draw. Back testing show some good results using that method.

But mazk's method has capture a lot of straights too. I's would cost to much to play the numbers both ways. However maryland has some funny things going on with their numbers like whatever sum hits then the next draw sometimes has the same sum.

I like CD's idea of inspecting the output then you can see the sums and such in a different light.

For continued testing purposes i'm going t work forwards from the fourth draw up to the last draw that hit using midday and evening combined. for tonight that woud be 3479 2216 9437 6881.

I would say right now, there is no right way or wrong way.... This think is still "under construction" if you will, so which ever way gives you lots of hits, is considered the "right" way.  I would venture to say state by state would give varying mileage, so testing all ways in states you play would be a good test.  So far for NJ, I've gotten essentially all my hits using the 30 draw most frequent numbers drawn method, repeating the first 6 highest numbers to come up with the balance of the 16 numbers.  Other ways have not worked in NJ.....yet!

OK ...I agree with you cps10, backtesting is taking me too long for all states, Pick a state you like to keep track of, I'll pick TENN  because they have similar hit pattern  to Maryland and my method works there (and  PA, OH, NY , and Michigan ) .

By the way speaking of same numbers entered check this out :

It looks to me like we (actually you guys) have cracked the Pick 4 using Emma Lou.  She produces 76 numbers.  If you bet all 76 @ $1 your investment would be $76, but the minimum box return is $375.  If you only hit every 5th draw, you would lose $5.  I don't see anybody going 5 draws without a hit.

                        Am I right?

I just bet all of those at 25 cents box ($19 investment).  If any one of them hits, I will get a payoff of at least $93.75.

Actually, if you are playing for a box, the above 76 numbers condense down to only 60:

That is what I am seeing entirely as well. I promised Calabs a spreadsheet that gives you a progression for the Pick-4 based on the numbers that Emma Lou barks out. I will be glad to send it to you as well. I think it could really work out in the long run.

The North Carolina Education Lottery - so much a joke that here are their mascots:
