Hi everyone, my ex- roomate and I had a status conference this week in reference to the $million dollar$ scratch off ticket we purchased in March and would you believe she wants to fight me all the way, we have a deposition hearing scheduled in July, wait until her attorney sees the paper trail, as you all know we were lovers although not legal, it was not a secret, plus the joint accounts, but we put other checks from the PA lottery winnings into our account, little does he know so far, wish me luck....

Knowing the nature of human beings, why do we purchase lottery tickets jointly? Who is the lottery winner when a dispute comes up?

The lawyers...and they didn't have to invest a dime.

How come you pretended to be someone who was just interested in the case. Here are your two posts from earlier: This one http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/135180 and this http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/135241. Are you now saying you are actually one of the people imvolved in this?

I read all the posts on this subject.  My question is "how did she know she won before paying for the ticket?"  What store let you scratch a ticket before paying?  Oh, I guess she was scratching tickets all day at work (and got lucky).  Maybe PA Lottery (or the store) needs to look into that.

Rechichar called Evans from Dan's Marathon Gas Station in Republic, where Rechichar worked, to ask Evans for the money on March 11. When she called Evans, Rechichar already had scratched off the ticket and knew it was worth $1 million, the suit alleged.

                  bellyache,

Good job on digging up those threads and exposing this very deceptive posting by "mickme$".  Obviously "mickme$" initially signed up and posted the message with the hopes of winning some public opinion on the case.  When it is revealed that "mickme$" has deceived people, it makes everyone realize that if that's the way this person operates here, that's probably the way they operate in person.  Based on this new information, I personally think there's a possibility that they are making up the claim on that winning ticket, and maybe do not deserve one penny of it.

By the way, I also don't like the language "mickme$" used in the subject line, so I changed it to a more civil word.

I have decieved noone, as I explained previously my brother was on here searching and posting, also you can search the inital newspaper article in reference to this, yes she did scratch the ticket before I paid for it, she was taking the money from the cash register at work and called me to put it back in with my debit card and trust me it was more than $ 20.00 when this is all said and done I think everyone will agree that <snip>

What a totally jerky move to once again post the word that I edited out in the subject line.  You are really showing the world the type of person you are.  Tell you what, if you want to post that word again, I'll go ahead and terminate your account.

It's a shame that retailers and clerks get away with scratching off lottery tickets without paying first. I don't think they should be allowed to play at their place of work. In Indiana they closed down a couple of retailers for doing just that.

i was really into hip hop when i was younger in the eighties and the genre was just starting out.a lot of the first hip hop albums were made by people with college educations.chuck d of public enemy went to either harvard or yale.run dmc had some very enjoyable records without all the degrading language.aerosmith and this group made the first rap-rock record in '86.however i haven't listen to rap in years and years because of the violence, profanity and ignorance.the blacks had something good going with this and it got out of hand.four of the most influential rappers of the last twenty years are all dead.three are homicides and one of AIDS.tupac,biggie,eazy-e and jam master jay of run dmc.i can't listen to a record talk about people constantly rap about killing people.sex, drugs and rock and roll is one thing.killing people is a different matter all to itself........
