The first link gives a page with this: Sorry, this GeoCities site is currently unavailable.
The second link does show the picture, the is the second picture I guess that you wanted to show.
It show the skip for the HAC filter whatever that one is, it most be one of the filters from the ProFilter-Pick-3 program, maybe, but not one of my filters, but one of Harmens.
I don't remember what that filter is, if I knew at all, Harmen didn't explain some of his own filters, that is what they were, if he did explained, I don't remember the explanation.
What is the HAC filter?
In the picture you also show stats for the In-Out filter, that one is one of mine.
You also show a portion of compound filter of Low-High+Even-Odd.
I am very busy today and tomorrow and Sunday, maybe I can look at some stats on Monday.

For my good friends sysp34, Paurths, BlackApple, Janet, JAP, Todd, CD and many others too numerous to mention.
Here is a skips chart as it is needed for proper evaluation of skips.
Fernando's (LANTERN's) improved skips chart.
This skips chart is for the straight (By Position) pick 3 digits.
Partly based on sysp34's work, but mostly on my own skips research.
It shows the digits by position skips activity of the following Pa past draws:
From 5/01/06 to 5/10/06
517
579
074
091
719
258
553
480
462
799
It is shown just an example.
A box version of this chart can also be made in the same general way.
Skips charts most be made in this way in order to truly be able to evaluate all the skips properly, otherwise the evaluation will be only for a particular digit and not for all of them together as it needs to be done for proper evaluation of the digits' skips.
The same general principle applies to all skips of all other patterns.
Digits on left column, Dates on horizontal upper row. 00 = Hits.

Fernando,
I very interested in this skip thread. Below, is part of a table, I use to track Play 4 trips. The first column under skips is the current skip followed by next 10 hits. Ex. 111 skips 131 since last hit, then it skipped 82, then 96. How can you determine how many skips the number will have before the next hit? That's the secret to predictions.

You know that if prediction was a sure and easy thing to do, that there would be no lottery for you and me to talk about as we are doing here now.
Also, as you well should know and I know that you do, I don't predict, that is not unfortunately my technique, my technique as you well know is that of REDUCTION, I reduce a source of combos to a smalller ammount of them.
As you know, I use EXCLUDE filters' patterns to substract or filter out combos that have those EXCLUDE filters' patterns out of the POOL or SOURCE of COMBOS.
My success or faiure depends in great part on how well I study the past draws and their patterns and in my understanding or not what I find and see, on how well I interpret what I see and in being able to find and see what I need to.
The other part is luck and GOD.
-----------------------------
Having said that:
At this point in time, I don't know of anyway to tell how many skips will go by before a given triple or any other number will reappear or come back.
Next: I don't understand the progression of skips on your chart.
Which skips are the oldest and which the newest?
Do they go from Lth side Newest and Rth side Oldest? Or the other way arround?
Was 131 really the very last and newest skip 111 there or the oldest skip of all? And then 82 was the very next skip and then 96 and so forth so 98 was really the last and newest skip of 111?
They should be put like these:
111 = First and oldest skip on the far Left next to 111, next, next, next, next, next, all the way up to the very last one and newest on the far right side.
The skip on the very far right should be the current skip.
Your explanation confuses me and I don't undestand which skip is which.
Next: As I told sysp34 that skips history is too short, by that I mean that there are only 11 skips on it, too short for proper evaluation.
Next: You don't show the Average skips of 111 in particular and of triples in general and also the average skips of straight and in how many draws for all of the above?
Also the other numbers are not triples, but doubles (112, 113 etc).
Also one needs to cross compare skips of other similar numbers to the one number that is being evaluated.
Next: That might not be the best skips chart for best evaluation of skips, not that it matters too much as no chart might tell exactly how long the next skip will be, one can only better tell unlikely skips, but not so much likely.
That said, let us see what we can tell with what little you have given:
The difference from one skip to the next for 111 were:
14, 35, 127, 439, 278, 5, 146, 288, 214.
Most skips differences were in groups:
5 to 35, but better 14 to 35.
127 to 146
214 to 288, but better 278 to 288
So 127 to 288 most skips differences.
As I said the skips history is way too short for proper evaluation.
Lowest skips difference from one skip to the next 5
Highest skip difference from one skip to the next 439
Difference of difference of 434.
--------
Lowest skip for 111 was 4.
Highest 443
Most skips were from 82 to 170. 7 of them out of 11 listed above. for 111.
170 - 82 = 88 Width of most skips.
These are the possible skips groups:
4 to 24
82 to 98
131
165 to 170 and
312 to 443.
-------------------
I check it out and possible profit online.
Use the Blue Yellow the last one the one for skips and not for the differences, the one about 82 to 170.
88 combos x 11 times and win at least 2 times straight for $900 x 2 = $ 1800 online.
Buy 88 for 11 = 88 x 11 = $ 968 = 1800 - 968 = $832 minimum profit.
Possible average profit of $1732 for the 111 number using the 82 to 170 skips, over the 11 above skips and hits.
This might not be true, it is just going by the above provided info by Bob.
history of skips too short for proper evaluation.
Was the above skips technique understood?
The one were you start to play 111 when the skips are at 82 and keep on playing them untill you win or untill they go up to 170 when you quit playing them.
