New Jersey lottery is shutting down.  I wonder how this will affect the statistics people use- Hot/Cold, High/Low, Standard deviation, etc.


(I realize that the draws will go on due to advanced sales, but I do not know how long they would go on.)


If the draws stop, then restart when the budget passes, would you consider it a “new” lottery and restart your data, or just keep going as before.


Any thoughts?
