    That is a subject for which it appears there is no universal agreement.

    Personally, I don't look at anything in any game that is "hot" which includes more than the last 10 draws. But that also is not an absolute.  I think you'll get a lot of different answers to this question here, and it is all debateable.

    And besides "hot" and "cold" you overlooked what many players also include: "warm" or "average". That, of course, makes it even more complicated.
