Ricky, thanks so much for doing the math on this. I think members will find that this is pretty much a generic kind of system that will work with any Pick 3 lottery......I've found that if you take the List of 72, eliminate the picks that have hit in the past 30 - 45 days, you're left with 30 - 40 numbers to play. It seems that no matter what number is drawn there are always 2 out of 3 digits drawn, so this may be the reason for the above average(?) results....Incidently, I truly admire and appreciate your programming skills.

These are the current picks for ONtario Pick 3

    Thanks for the list Karnac, I played but somehow I didn't have the 340 in my picks, tried WIN D's info on the dominant 3 digits so I don't know why i missed. OT's dominant 3 seem to be 2,4,6.

    7/29 612

    your big list strikes again. caught it this time, two dominant digits. Working in TN also caught the dominant digits after the 4doubles.

    Thanks for this list. Thumbs Up

      Best Picks,

      Great to hear you caught it this time...the 72 number list has hit 9 out of the past 10 draws( 3 straight, 6 boxed) in OnPick3....only missing the triple 666. The 612 had hit earlier this month, that's why it was off the small list ....Overdue for a double here .... careful.

        With over 950 views of this thread, there does seem to be a bit of interest.....I'm just wondering if others are having any success with their backtesting and the kind of results they are getting with the LIST......anyone?

              I did a back test for Florida for the past 30 days, and found it profitable.

              The straight winners were: 178  451  052

              The boxed winners were: 456  673  014  019  265  057  234  015-twice  675  347

              Cost: $2,160.00

              The straights yielded $2,700.00

              The boxed yielded $1,650.00

              Total wins: $4,350.00

              Netted: $2,190.00

              That's $73.00 a day net profit for 30 days.

              Not bad.

                  Wondering if any other members have backtested their state(s) and what results/trends they found.  Also, curious to see what state(s) seem to hit more and if numbers hit heavy every month or every other month.  Feedback welcomed.  Thanks!

                    Like any set of numbers, you have to be prepared when the going gets cold. I think 72 numbers is a reasonable number to play. Others think it is way too many, especially if they go cold. I will test some states this evening when I get home.

                    Ricky - are there a few states where things look profitable overall?

                    The North Carolina Education Lottery - so much a joke that here are their mascots:

                        Not all people will use such a thing. You may elect to use flat betting. If so, my guess is that over the long haul, you will find yourself in dire straits like most systems. Let's say you get into TN that paurths was talking about....if you were out 15 draws, then you are looking well past $28,818 out the door before you get a win...that is very staggering. AND THAT'S BETTING ONLY QUARTERS! I would say that if the sucker goes past 5 draws without hitting, it's time to scrap it and wait until the cold streak goes over. In other words, kind of a "reverse" skip pattern in that you could play the progression normal until it gets into that gray 5 area and then quit until it hits. That would save you from going broke playing a progression or even going belly-up not playing a progression.

                        Because 16 draws x $18 waiting out a win is still a $288 loss. If you stop at 5 on a progression, you are still losing only $288.

                        Something to think about, but overall, I would say that the system itself is outstanding.

                        I would say that the number of times that this sucker skips past 5 is probably a rare occurrence indeed. So you are really only putting yourself in jeopardy a few times a year.

                            I did a back test for Florida for the past 30 days, and found it profitable.

                            The straight winners were: 178  451  052

                            The boxed winners were: 456  673  014  019  265  057  234  015-twice  675  347

                            Cost: $2,160.00

                            The straights yielded $2,700.00

                            The boxed yielded $1,650.00

                            Total wins: $4,350.00

                            Netted: $2,190.00

                            That's $73.00 a day net profit for 30 days.

                            Not bad.

                            Even playing boxed is not bad:

                            Cost $1,080

                            Wins: $1,650

                            Profit = $570

                            Less than $20 a day, but better than nothing, right Pac? That's a car payment on a nice 325 :)

                              SC Evening, last 30 days:

                              Cost: 30 x $72 = $2,160

                              Wins = 13 x $150 = $1,950

                              Loss = $210

                              With STR/BOX:

                              Cost = $4320

                              Wins = $3750

                              Loss = $570

                              Again, progression is way to go.
