If you look at the left side of the map you will see Birmingham AL and a little rain storm. It is moving to the right slowly toward Atlanta. The question is .....  Will it stay on course and hit Atlanta?

Well.... players have a bad habit of betting toooo early and toooo often. Sometimes it feels like just a habit. Sometimes there is only a 30% chance of rain. Just like today waiting for that little rain storm. Why not wait ?  Wait until its right next door?  Wait until there is a 99.9 % chance .

We really don't have to wait these days.... in these modern times we can scan the U.S. and find situations that are 99 per centers almost every day. We don't have to wait.

By the way....  If you look south of Atlanta toward Macon ....that's a winner... I'm betting that Macon is a better bet for a few drops today. Why just bet Atlanta out of habit? Yeap... Macon is a definite 99.9 per center I think ! Straight8  LOL

This is the point in the post where some turkey form Utah comes on and post ......"Dah... I'm betting it will turn around and flood triples in New Mexico". >LOL   NEXRAD Radar Image

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

Start a 99% or above thread.

I have some exact order code pairs by position in S.C. that are at max skip or above right now.

Yes, max skip is good. I generally bet at twice the average skip, but I would say thats betting at 75%...

IDAHO has a few max skips going right now, too, but if I'm not mistaken, Idaho is computerized.

                  Win D,

BTW did it rain in Atlanta?? LOL

                  99% Chances

What do you consider 99% Chances playing Pick 3?

                  1.  All Positions Drawings Out

                  2.  Pairs - Mostly High / Mostly Low

                  3.  Consecutive Combos

                  4.  Positions 1 thru 3 - String of continuous Even or Odd digits

When should we know when the storm cloud is approaching??

                    WSLS,

                     grade your numbers.

Give 1 thru 4 in your above post 5 points each.

When your numbers have a 20 point total you have a 75% chance.

You will need 24% luck, then you hace a 99% chance of winning!

The 99.9% range is indeed very reliable!  I have the entire histories of many states Pick 3 drawings that prove it.  The similarities in the performance of all the states games in regards to the percentage of chance according to distance and/or trials cannot be ignored.  I tend to only play after that final apex is reached.

Just as a side note. Kentucky evening is missing digit 3 in all positions for 24 days. That's just gone from 7.66 into the 8 cycle zone tonight.

Also .... Kentucky just had it's 6th double in a row tonight.
