  If I wanted 10 pick 3 numbers for any state plays, what would be the method of choice and widely used. I'm hoping you long time LP pick 3 experts will jump in here with some recommendations. I'm doing skips and hits wheeling and not fairing well. I have already went through the past forums and tried some ideas. I'll take pm's if need be.
