No digit #9 in 4th. position TN Nightime for a really long. Check it out.   37 days !!   So.....its missed 3 cycles and is about to miss the 4th cycle by this weekend.

If you want to play Single numbers only in Pick 4 they hit 50% of the time..... Unlike P3 where they hit only 27% of the time. Anyway.... if you are a bold player ...and you are sure of only one number that will hit in the next.... here ya go. All possible combo's of that digit are under each column heading.

Hey, Win D, I always keep track of the hold out digits. In fact I have done past studies on the so called hold out numbers which I have named them. If you notice a number being held out in a particular spot either 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th for more then 20 draws, then it is safe to eliminate that number for the next 20 draws, sometimes 30. The key is to see that it has been vacant for 20 draws first, then eliminate it from any combo sets you have at least for the next 20. Trust me, When I first started 3 years ago this was one of my main studies. I even thought my state was rigging the machine because the numbers sometimes held out for 60 draws.

You are speaking truth and I know that. I am a cold number trapper and I can't seem to reform myself. LOL I will try right after this one hits ... I mean it this time. LOL
